RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will be happy to accept your return for a full refund within 14 days of you receiving the full order. Customers are responsible for the return postage cost. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. This means that we will refund your order as long as it is sent back to us within 14 days of ordering. We will not refund orders outside of this period.
We offer exchanges up to 30 days after receiving your order. If you aren't 100% happy with your eyelash style or eyeliner, we'll happily exchange it for another product on our website.
All faulty products are tested upon receipt. If the product is outside of our returns period and is found not to be faulty, we will return it to you. We will be unable to cover return postage costs in this scenario.
Christmas returns policy:
Any orders placed from 1 Dec to 25 Dec have until 10 Jan to return their products to us for a full refund. This applies to both used and unused products.
